June 13

Dear Editor:

I urge Southlake residents to vote for my long time friend, Pamela A. Muller, for Southlake City Council, in the upcoming City Council runoff election. Pamela is the most experienced choice for City Council because she has been involved in Southlake for the last 20 years. She has been an integral part of the planning and creation of the beautiful city we enjoy today. A partial list of Pamela’s experience and credential’s include: two previous terms on Southlake City Council; one term on the Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission; vice chairman of Southlake’s Board of Adjustments and Charter Lifetime Member of the Southlake Historical Society. Pamela’s campaign platform focuses on advancing Southlake’s quality of life through low density zoning of property; reducing taxes by focused, relevant city expenditures; encouraging quality commercial development and improved city employee relations. I encourage everyone in Southlake to vote for my friend, Pamela A. Muller this Saturday, June 14, for Southlake City Council.

Dear Editor:

The question is who is the most qualified to be a voice for the citizens of Southlake on the city council. The answer is simple: Pamela Muller. Who is the long time resident of Southlake, has served on the City Council, P&Z commission and helped make Southlake the community it is? Pamela Muller. Who stands for low-density housing, protecting schools and property values and maintaining the integrity of Southlake? Pamela Muller. Who will be an independent voice for the citizens? Pamela Muller. I was with 11 people the day after the mayor’s letter went out endorsing Pam’s opponent. It was a consensus that the mayor should not be endorsing a council member. It is a City Council representing the citizens of Southlake ... not a mayor’s council. What bothers the mayor, his wife and some council members about having an independent voice of the citizens on the council? Do the citizens of Southlake need the mayor, his wife, council members and the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee in Austin telling us how to vote? Please join the independent voters in electing the most experienced, qualified choice with a proven track record: Pamela Muller.
