Dear Editor:

As a Southlake resident for more than seven years I value this family oriented community and the way this city has developed. I am supporting Pamela Muller in the Southlake City Council run off election on June 14 because I feel her experience and service over the past 20 years in Southlake will ensure we continue to grow with the same mind-set that has made this city a wonderful place to live. Pamela’s voting record shows that she is a supporter of low-density housing which ultimately protects our home values and schools. A number of high-density housing plans have recently been approved, which causes concern about this new pattern of development. I am also concerned about all the problems we are having with the city staff and our police department. Pamela has experience as a mediator and ombudsman and will be able to quickly grasp the issues and help resolve them in a manner that is beneficial to our staff and our residents. Pamela has dedicated years of service to the community of Southlake. This is a wonderful place to call home. If you like what Southlake has become, please vote for Pamela Muller on June 14 at Town Hall.

Dear Editor:

As a resident and registered voter in Southlake, I would like to express my viewpoint and interest in Ms. Pamela Muller who is currently running for Place 6 on City Council. Pamela Muller has shown her respect of the citizens of Southlake by staying neutral and letting each person decide their own vote on civil service in May. I am disappointed that her appreciation of the people’s vote is being misrepresented. Pamela’s voting record shows she does not avoid making difficult decisions on City Council. Ms. Muller is clearly the most experienced candidate, having previously served on the City Council while maintaining her ongoing involvement in city organizations. She has a track record of voting for low density residential and only quality commercial development. She wants to lower the tax burden for Southlake residents, as she did the last time she served on City Council. As Southlake develops we need a qualified candidate that will ensure we continue to be one of the most desirable family communities in the Metroplex. I am voting for Pamela Muller in the City Council runoff election on June 14 because she has the most experience and will best represent the interests for all of Southlake.
